I did my first triathlon at age 50!
I'm happily settled down in a nice house with my awesome wife, Joyce. Every day we get to see the sunrise through our bedroom window. And in the evenings we watch the sun set over the Huachucas.
Dad is still selling Real Estate in SV; Mom is back in Sierra Vista, semi-retired. My brother, Mike, is in San Diego, still playing in bands whenever he can; and my sister, Andrea, is living in Scottsdale with her daughter, Veronica.

Memories of Buena include: Running long distance with Coach Haines keeping an eye on us, making sure we didn't take shortcuts through the alleys; getting in trouble with Doug Schneider, getting his truck stuck in the San Pedro River; Hanging out with John Sutherland and Scott Turner, and other ruffians from the Cross Country Team - the first in many to actually not have a losing season at that time; and playing summer baseball - No Nintendo, No Play Station, just real baseball.
After high school graduation, I attended NAU, where my roommates, Jon Kosmider and John Sutherland persuaded me to join Army ROTC as a Sophomore. My dual majors, Skiing and Army, were enough to keep me busy. Two years later I found myself commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant in the Army Corps of Engineers. Twenty five or so years later, I am back in SV. I finally went back to school for a Masters - MBA.
